One block brie cheese
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 T. brandy or rum

Directions:
Directions:
Cut top off of brie and place on pie plate.

Mix brown sugar, pecans and brandy/rum. Place glaze in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Bake until brie is slightly soft. Spread sugar glaze on top and bake 2 minutes or until sugar melts.

Serve with Lavosh or crackers.
