4 lbs. sausage
3 cans Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce
2 cans Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 56 oz. bag Country Pasta (minus 4 cups dry noodles)
2 Tbsp. dried basil
4 Tbsp. dried oregano
2 Tbsp. granulated garlic
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
8 drops oregano oil (at least 70% Carvacrol)
4 lbs. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown sausage in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain grease. In a large pot, boil noodles for 16 minutes. In a large bowl, mix all other ingredients except the sharp cheese. Add sausage to the tomato mix and then add pasta to coat. Put in 3 half-size pans and top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until it starts to brown.
