24 Eggs, boiled and peeled
3 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. Plotchman's Mustard
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sweet relish

Cut boiled eggs length-wise. Put yolks in a bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well and put in a piping bag. Pipe mixture into egg halves. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
