6-oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, dried and chopped
½ c. grated Romano or parmesan, fresh
⅓ c. finely chopped red onions
5-6 T. mayonnaise
16 ⅓-inch thick French baguette rounds

Directions:
Directions:
Place artichoke hearts, cheese and onions in bowl. Mix in enough mayonnaise to form thick spread. Preheat broiler. Top bread rounds with spread. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Arrange bruschetta on baking sheet. Broil until spread is heated through and begins to brown - about 2 minutes
