Brick brie cheese
Fig jam
Fresh figs
One can Comstock apple pie filling
Mascarpone cheese (soft in deli section)
Fresh apple slices

Directions:
Directions:
Slice brie sideways to cut off top of brick using a knife dipped in canola oil for easy cutting.

Lay "top" aside. Spread bottom layer with fig jam. Put "top" back on brick of brie. "Frost" the whole thing with mascarpone cheese. Top with chopped fresh figs. Using apple pie filling, make a "flower" on the center with the apple slices.

Serve with Lavosh or crackers.
