2 lb chicken breast cubed
Salt, pepper
Vienna sausage
2-3 pc Chorizo bilbao/ Spanish sausage
Onion finely chopped
Garlic minced
1 potato cubed
1T tomato paste
Heavy cream

Dough or ready puff pastry
Afp
Butter
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade the chicken in salt & garlic x 30 mins
In a deep pan or casserole
Add the chicken potatoes, onions, tomato paste sausage
Seasonings
Cook in low fire covered with lid x 30-45 mins
Add the heavy cream towards the end of cooking
Let cool in a baking dish
& prepare the pastry

When ready cover the the baking dish with puff pastry pierce with fork to evaporate the steam while baking
Bake in 350º F for 1 hour or until the pastry is golden
