crust:
2 c flour
1 c melted butter
½ c sifted powdered sugar

filling:
4 eggs
2 c sugar
4 T flour
4 T lemon juice
2 t grated lemon rind (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and pat them into a 9x13 greased pan, lined with parchment paper.

Bake 20 mins at 350ºF

Mix the filling ingredients well. Beat and pour onto hot crust.

Bake 30 mins at 350ºF

Loosen from pan
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
