1 Baguette sliced into 1/2-inch slices
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup Roasted Red Peppers sliced
3/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
1/4 cup chopped Italian basil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees

Brush baguette slices with garlic bread mix and place on baking sheet.
Bake for approximately until the edges are golden brown.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pipe a spoonful of ricotta cheese over each baguette slice.
Top each crostini with a Roasted Red Peppers.
Sprinkle a few crumbles of feta cheese and basil on top of each crostini.
