Crust:
1 1/4 ups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Sauce:
2 (10 oz.) packages frozen sweetened strawberries thawed
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Filling:
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 eggs

Crust:
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.
Press into the bottom of pan.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Sauce:
In blender combine strawberries and cornstarch, process until smooth.
Pour into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Set aside 1/3 cup sauce; let cool. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce.

Filling:
In a mixing bowl beat the softened cream cheese until light & fluffy.
Gradually bet in the condensed milk.
Add the lemon juice slowly, mix well.
Add eggs, beat on low just until it is combined.
Pour 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture over prepared crust.
Drop half of the reserved sauce by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto cream cheese layer.
Carefully spoon remaining cream cheese over the sauce.
Drop remaining sauce by 1/2 teaspoonfuls on top of that.
With a knife cut through top layer only to swirl sauce.
Bake 325º for 50-55 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool for 1 hour.

Serve with or without refrigerated strawberry sauce that you set aside.
