Dough:
4 c flour
1 egg
1 Tsp oil


Filling:
3 lbs Hamburger
Onion soup mix 1-2 packs
Salt and pepper to taste

Start adding water little by little til you get a good dough texture to roll out. Add some salt ( I’d guess a 1/2 to 1 tsp)

Roll dough about 1/4 in thick. Take a round glass or cookie cutter and cut out your circles. Place a hearty portion of your filling in circle and fold over and pinch dough with fingers or fork to close up. You can also fill with whatever you like. Potato and farmers cheese etc. Boil til floating then let sit for 10 min in the hot water to make sure meat filling is done.

Serve with sautéed bacon and onion and sour cream.
