Ziti or Penne
Marinara
Cream Cheese or Ricotta
Basil
Mozzarella
Pecorino or Parmesan
Provolone (optional)
Parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and warm marinara sauce in pan
Drain pasta
Add cream cheese or ricotta to a bowl
Add sauce and basil
Add pasta and stir
Pour 1/2 of pasta and sauce into casserole dish
Sprinkle with shaved mozzarella and lots of pecorino or parmesan
Pour rest of pasta into casserole
Top with more mozzarella and pecorino/parmesan
Cover dish with foil
Bake 30 min at 375º
Remove foil
Bake 20 min more

Alternatively
Add olive oil and a little sauce to dish
Add basil and parsley to sauce in bowl along with pasta
Scoop pasta and sauce in dish
Add provolone strips
Layer pasta and cheese and parmesan and more pasta
Finish with cheeses
Bake 375º for 15-20 min until brown
