1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped apples
1/2 c chopped nuts

Beat together the egg and sugar. Mix in flour, baking powder, salt, apples and nuts. Spread in a greased 8" pie tin. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
