1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato juice
Corn tortillas
Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Blend and mix enchilada sauce, cream of chicken soup, and tomato juice. Make a layer of sauce, corn tortillas, and then cheese. Repeat until the pan or plate is full. If using pan, make sure you're using a microwave approved pan. Cook in the microwave on HIGH for 5-8 minutes. Can add any protein of your choice.
