Layer in order given in a 9x13 pan

1 head lettuce - cut up
1-2 bunches green onions
1/2 c chopped celery
1 package frozen peas, cooked, drained, and cooled
8 oz cheddar cheese
7 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

Dressing:
1-2 c mayonaise
1/4-1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vinegar
Enough milk to make it creamy and spreadable - up to 1/2 c

Spread over layered salad.
*May substitute broccoli, cauliflower, bean sprouts, or fresh mushrooms for peas.
