Directions:
Chop carrots in circles, onions in strips, and cut meat one inch to one and half inch strips. Marinate in soy sauce and crushed garlic overnight or at least 4 hours.


Heat oil in wok. Saute sesame seeds and garlic, careful not to burn them. Cook carrots and onions then scrape to the sides then cook meat addiing soy sauce as needed. add cornstarch to thicken sauce. Serve over rice or lo mein noodles.
