4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp quick raise yeast
Approximately 2 cups water
Olive oil

Any toppings you want (olives, caramelized onions, herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, red pepper, roasted garlic cloves)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl. Dough should be more wet and sticky then dry.

2. Drop oil over the top to keep it moist.(more is better) Cover and put in fridge for 12-48 hours.

3. Put dough in well oiled pan. Cover with a towel. Wait approximately 2 hours for the dough to come to room temperature

4. Put what whatever tasty toppings you want on top. And then more oil.

5. Using all your fingers gently create dimples on the surface of the dough.

6. Bake at 400 for about 25-30 minutes.
