1½ lbs ground beef
1 med onion diced
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can 4.5 oz chopped green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
½ bag corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
pre-heat oven 350

1. brown ground beef and onion in a skillet
2. drain grease and return to skillet
3. add soups, Ro-Tel, green chilies and milk. Stir and bring to a boil.
4. in a 9x13 pan cover the bottom with crushed corn chips just a thin layer
5. pour mixture over corn chips and cover with cheese
6. bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted

Can serve with refried beans or rice
