1 pkg Tater Tots
1 lb Ground Beef
½ C. Mayo
¾ C. 1000 island dressing.
Ketchup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Onion Powder to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
chopped dill pickle or dill pickle relish or just dill pickle chips
Dehydrated minced onions, soaked in hot water to rehydrate (just like Micky D's)
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Yellow American Cheese
Chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes to top before serving.

Directions:
1. Spray square baking pan with cooking spray and lay down 1 layer of Tater Tots...place in over, turn on oven to 350 and allow to pre-heat.

2. Brown and chop about 1 pound of ground beef. Add Mayo, 1000 Island Dressing, Ketchup, Salt, Pepper, Onion powder, garlic powder, Dill pickle, re-hydrated onions, and sharp cheddar cheese, mix well. Spread over tater tots.

3. cover with yellow american cheese and then place another single layer of tater tots covering the whole casserole.

4. Bake for 35 minutes, until tater tots are crisp and golden brown.

5. serve and top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes and enjoy
