4 chicken breasts
2 TBSP butter

4 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp salt
pepper
⅔ c. chicken broth

Directions:
In skillet, brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic to pan. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender. Add wine and bring to a boil. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, pepper and broth until smooth. Stir into skillet, stirring constantly until it boils. Return chicken to skillet, cover, reduce heat and cook until chicken is done. Can be served with rice, mashed potatoes or noodels.

Personal Notes:
Another recipe I first made in Newport during our incredible year there. With it's natural beauty, nautical charm and deep history (and hydrangeas!), Newport spoke to my soul. That combined with your dad being home and your kids being at such fun ages, it was truly a magical year, one of my favorites!
