1/2 Cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
12 Cups chopped Kale
24 oz Chicken Sausage fully cooked, sliced into coins
2 Cups Frozen Corn
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix melted butter, garlic and lemon juice.
Place Kale on sprayed sheet pan.
Top with chicken coins and corn.
Drizzle with butter mixture and top with seasonings.
Lightly mix.
Bake in 400° oven until Kale has lightly browned and chicken and corn are hot 10-15 minutes.
