2 lbs Large Shrimp, peeled
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cups onions, chopped
2 Tbsp garlic, chopped
2 15-oz Cans Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 Cup Basil, chopped for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in dutch oven with oil.
Add Shrimp, red pepper flakes and salt.
Cook until seared and opaque, almost fully cooked.
Add tomatoes, oregano and pepper.
Stir in 1/2 the basil.
Check shrimp for doneness.
Serve with additional basil topping.
