2 cups all purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
⅓-½ cup cold butter, grated or cut into pieces
1 cup milk or cream
1 cup saskatoons (fresh or frozen)
½-1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. In a bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the butter and blend it with a fork, whisk, pastry blender or your fingers, leave some lumps no bigger than a pea.

Add the milk or cream and stir a few strokes, then add the berries and stir until the dough comes together. Pat in a 1 inch thick circle on a parchment lined baking sheet and cut into wedges; pull them apart so that they have some space between them. If you like, brush the tops with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden.
