2 1/2 C Warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp active dry yeast or 1.5 cups of starter
2/3 C Honey
1/4 C Melted coconut oil
1/3 C Molasses
1 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Coca powder
7-8 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, except for flour. Once briefly mixed, start mixing machine on slow and start adding flour one cup at a time until tacky but dough no longer sticks to the side of the bowl. Cover and let rise (3-4 hours for sourdough starter). Roll out to two loaves and place in loaf pans. Let rise another 3-4 hours. Once doubled in size, place in 400º oven for about 30 minutes.
