3 C Flour
1 C Warm water
1/2 C Sourdough starter
1 1/2 tsp Salt

Combine flour, water, and starter. Mix until it begins to come together then add sea salt. Knead until dough is well combined and soft. Oil a bowl and shape the dough ball. Oil the dough ball by rolling it around in the bowl. Cover and let it sit for at least 7 hours but up to 24 hours.
After at least 7 hours, preheat pot and lid to 400º. Carefully transfer dough ball to pot. Bake with lid on for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake 15 minutes more. Let bread cool before slicing..
