2 Cups of room temp water
6 Cups All trumps flour (or any high gluten flour)
1 TBSP Salt
1 TBSP Sugar
2 Teaspoons of active dry yeast
3 TBSP olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine water, oil, sugar and yeast in kitchen aid mixer
2. Mix we ingredients for 3 minutes
3. Combine flour and salt in separate bowl
4. Once wet ingredients are mixed thoroughly add flour and salt to kitchen aide bowl
5. Allow dough to mix for 7-10 minutes
6. Remove dough from mixer and allow to rest on cutting board for 5 minutes
7. Cut into 3 even size pieces
8. Roll into balls and place on oiled plate, wrap completely with plastic wrap and allow to rise for approx. 1 hour.
9. Place in refrigerator and allow to rise overnight
