2 Cups of Jasmine Rice
1 cloves of Garlic chopped fine
¼ of a large onion chopped fine
3 TBSP of salted butter
3 cups of Chicken Stock
Salt, pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Sauté garlic and union until translucent
3. Add 2 cups of rice and brown slightly
4. Add Chicken stock salt and pepper allow to simmer Until stock is absorbed into
the rice
5. Pour rice and remaining liquid into baking tray (glass Pyrex works best)
6. Bake at 400 degrees until rice is cooked through
