1 LB Crab Meat
1 Egg
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
2 Tbs Mayonnaise
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Mustard
1 Tbs Melted Butter
1 tsp Seafood Seasoning
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Parsley Flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the crab meat. Mix well.
Fold in the crab meat.
Form patties and sauté in butter.
