1 Kielbasa
1-1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
3 Tbs Mustard
3 Tbs White Wine Vinegar
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
While all glaze ingredients are warming up in a pan on the stove over medium heat, slice up kielbasa into rounds. (Option: Wrap with bacon).
Mix Kielbasa into glaze.
Bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet (or broil).

I don't ever remember her making this with the optional bacon wrap but it sounds delicious!
