1 stick butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3-4 ripe bananas
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar until well blended. Beat in eggs. Smash bananas and mix in. Mix in flour. Add salt, baking soda and nuts. Mix until blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Makes 2 tins/loaves.
