1 ½ c Milk, warm
1 T Instant Yeast
4 T Honey

3 c King Arthur Measure 4 Measure
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 ½ Salt

2 Eggs, room Temp
¼ c Oil, olive, coconut or avocado
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In first bowl combine milk, yeast and honey
In the second bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt
In a large bowl combine eggs, oil and vinegar.
Add wet mixture to large bowl and combine.
Add dry mixture to large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Pour batter into a large loaf pan, cover and let rise 20-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375º while batter is rising.
Bake approximately 35 minutes.
