1-1/2 Cups Flour
1-3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
3/4 Stick of Butter
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cub Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Golden Raisins

Icing:

8 oz Package of Cream Cheese
Confectioners Sugar
Orange Extract
Zest of an Orange

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, orange extract and zest until a smooth icing forms. Refrigerate until needed.
In a large bowl blend the flour, baking powder, baking soda salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, pumpkin & milk until creamy.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and stir. Fold in the raisins.
Pour the batter into paper-lined muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
Alternatively, you can bake in an 8 x 8 pan for25 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before icing.
