Medium onion, diced
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Family size mashed potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger & onion, drain.
2. Microwave vegetables to thaw.
3. Add vegetables,broth, salt & pepper to hamburger in skillet. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cook 5-10 minutes.
4. Spray 9x13 or 2 smaller baking dishes with PAM.
5. Put hamburger mixture in baking dish.
6. Microwave potatoes 3 minutes & stir.
7. Spread potatoes over hamburger mixture.
8. Bake uncovered @ 400 for 30 minutes.
