Meat sauce:
1 T Water
1/4 lb bulk sausage
1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 can drained tomatoes
2 T chopped parsley
2 t salt
1 t crushed basil
1 t rosemary leaves
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
1 can tomato soup

Cheese sauce:
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 C cream-style cottage cheese
1/4 C chopped parsley
1/2 t seasoned salt
1/4 t pepper

Swiss Cheese
Parmesan Cheese Shredded
Lasagne Noodles


Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat sauce ingredients in a large fry pan. Simmer uncovered for 30 mins. Remove bay leaf when done.

Combine cheese sauce ingredients.

Spread some meat sauce in bottom of dish.
Then cooked noodles.
Then 1/3 of cheese sauce
Sprinkle parmesan cheese
Then 2 1/2 - 3 slices of swiss cheese.

Repeat making 3 layers

make sure there is meat sauce on top and bottom to prevent cheese burning.

Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes

I add 1 1/2 C ricotta to the cheese sauce.

Double cheese sauce or it is too dry.

I cover the layer in swiss instead of just a couple of slices per layer.
