2 CUPS DICED ONION (BREMUDA or SPANISH)
4 CUPS DICED POTATOES
3 14.5 OZ CAN CHICKEN BROTH
1 CUP HALF & HALF
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
4 SLICES PROVALONE OR SWISS CHEESE HALVED

Saute onion in butter in large pot over medium heat until onion is soft, 10-15 minutes. Add potatoes and broth. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer until potaotes are soft, abt 20 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in half & half. Add salt & pepper. Place cheese slices in bowl, ladel soup over cheese......YUMMY
