70 cc warm water
70 cc warm milk
1 pkg yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 egg
2 tbs melted butter
320 gm flour
½ tsp salt
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c parsley, chopped
60 gm butter, soft
1 tsp honey
½ tsp salt
1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. mix milk, water, yeast, sugar, 1 tbs flour
2. Set aside to rest x 10 minutes
3. Add egg, 2 tbs melted butter, flour and salt
4. Mix well to soft dough, cover and rest x 40 minutes
5. Mix garlic, parsley, butter, honey and salt and set aside
6. Roll dough into 12 x 16 inch square
7. Top with parsley mixture
8. Layer with mozzarella cheese
9. Cut into 4 x 4 inch squares with pizza cutter
10. Stack each square on top of another and place on edge in bread pan
11. Set aside to rise x 30 minutes
12. Use an egg wash (yolk + milk) on top
13. Bake @ 200ºC (425ºF) x 25-30 minutes
