1 med white onion, diced
1/2 # ground beef
1/2 # thick bacon, 1" cubed
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 c catsup
1 tbs yellow mustard
5 can beans (great northern, pork & beans, pinto, kidney, butter)
1/3 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion in EVOO
2. Brown bacon until slightly crispy and remove from pan
3. Brown ground beef
4. Remove excess grease with paper towel
5. Add beans, liquid and all
6. Add remainder of spices and sauces, brown sugar
7. Stir well
8. Re-add bacon by sprinkling on top
9. Place in 350ºF oven for two hours uncovered
10. Remove and serve
