1 LB Ground Beef (93% lean or leaner)
1 LB Sausage
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
6 – 8 Strips of Bacon
1 Medium onion Minced
4 Cloves Garlic Minced or ½ tsp Garlic Powder
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Powder
1 ½ TBS Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon dried thyme (Optional)
1 ½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
½ TBS Complete Seasoning
½ tsp Cumin
2 TBS Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
Milk to desired consistency

1. Cut bacon into smaller pieces and cook over medium heat until crispy. Remove Bacon Bits from the bacon grease and set aside.
2. Add onion and garlic to the bacon grease and cook until the onions are translucent but not browned. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
3. Mix dry ingredients and egg then add milk 1TBS at a time until it resembles a crumbling bread dough constancy.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine Ground Beef, bread crumbs, bacon, onion with the bacon grease, egg, Worcestershire powder, Italian Seasoning, thyme, pepper and salt in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape beef into 8 x 4-inch loaf on rack in aluminum foil-lined broiler pan. Coat the top of the meatloaf with a thick layer of ketchup.
5. Place on upper oven rack in 350-375°F oven. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, until instant-read thermometer inserted into center registers 165°F; brush with remaining 1/4 cup ketchup during last 10 minutes, if desired. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into slices.

Cooking times are for fresh or thoroughly thawed ground beef. Ground beef should be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. Color is not a reliable indicator of ground beef doneness.
