Directions: |
Directions:1. Add frozen mango or frozen fruit of your choice. 2. Add peeled banana and orange with seeds removed 3. Add yogurt 4. Add milk and orange juice. The more liquid you add the less thick a smoothie you will get. 5. Blend until yogurt and liquid is mixed well with fruit. You may need to remove the blender and give it a shake if its a little to thick or try adding some more milk or orange juice. |

Notes: Smoothies are a weekend favorite ! Especially on warm spring or summer mornings. We like to pour them in tall plastic glasses and sometimes will add a cherry or whip cream to the top for fun!
