Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Flax Seeds
2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
Cinnamon (sprinkle to your taste)
Handful of fresh spinach
Water
Ice

Equipment:
Vitamix (a powerful Vitamix is needed to pulverize the seeds)
Fine screen strainer
Laddle

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak 2 tablespoons of flax seeds overnight in 2 cups of water (or in the morning if having seed milk for final meal of the day). Soak in refrigerator. Soaking the seeds overnight or for 8+ hours makes them more digestible.

2. After soaking, pour the flax and water mixture into the Vitamix. You'll need a spatula!

3. Add 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds, the cinnamon, spinach, and 2-4 ice cubes.

4. Make sure lid is on tight, turn Vitamix to highest level (10), and blend for 5 seconds. Pause for 2 seconds. Repeat another 5 times for a total of 30 seconds (with 2 second pause in between each interval).

5. Place strainer over a bowl and pour mixture into strainer. Use the laddle to "milk" the seeds. Pour the milk into a glass and enjoy immediately! Best to drink within 15-20 minutes. The remaining pulp may be used for baking, dog food, or dumped on the ground.

6. Clean the Vitamix right away.

Personal Notes:
This drink has helped me heal my digestive system. I drink it 4-5 times per week! Sometimes as my breakfast. Sometimes as my final meal. It is very filling so no need for anything else with this meal.

It doesn't taste good, it doesn't taste bad; just neutral. It's an acquired taste that I miss when I don't have my Vitamix.

It is full of nutrients and enzymes, and the accumulative effects of having it consistently is the most powerful!
