1 cup brown sugar
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 can chunk pineapple (yields 1 cup pineapple juice, reserve the chunk pineapple)
½ cup vinegar
1½ Tablespoons soy sauce
3 packages of little smokies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, dry mustard, pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until thickens. Remove from heat and stir in chunks of pineapple. Place little smokies in a crockpot and pour sauce over the top and heat on high for 3-4 hours or until smokies cooked through.
