2 fillets Mahi Mahi
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Blackened Seasoning
½ tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dry fillets and generously coat them with the blackened seasoning.
2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with olive oil and butter.
3. Once the pan is hot, add fish and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until it starts to crisp and blacken.
4. Fish should be opaque and start to flake when done, or reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
