1 cup Onions chopped fine
1 cup Mushroom, chopped fine
1 cup Potatoes, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Dill Weed or Rosemary
3 tsp of each
Celery seeds
Garlic powder
1 cup Sour cream
4 cups Cream
3 cups Vegetable broth
2 cups Glazing sauce **found under Sauces**

STEP I
In a wok or other deep frying pan, brown vegetables in broth until vegetables are crip tender.

STEP II
Add liquids andy spices.

STEP III
Add glazing sauce **recipe found under SAUCES**
Serve with fried rice or vermicilli noodles or over vegetables.
