1 can (10 ounces) Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 pound ground beef
1 package (16 ounces) Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Brown the ground beef in your Instant Pot on the Sauté function until fully cooked, about 12-15 minutes. Drain off excess fat.
2) Cube the Velveeta cheese and add it to the pot along with the can of Rotel.
3) Stir until cheese is melted and ingredients are well mixed.
4) Serve warm with chips or fresh bread.
