1 tsp Ground ginger
2 tbs Honey
4 tbs Soy sauce
1/4 cup Sherry or vegetable broth
4 Boneless Chicken breasts, skinned

Directions:

In a flat bowl or pan combine the first 4 ingredients.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least an hour.
BBQ the chicken on the grill or broil until cooked on both sides until done.
Serve with rice.
