Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt, if using table salt use 1 tsp
5 tablespoons salted butter at room temperature
1 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the butter, then pour the hot water over the mixture. Stir until forms a dough ball.

Put dough on floured counter and knead for 2 minutes until form soft ball. Put in bowl and cover with damp cloth and let rest for 20 minutes. If dough is too sticky add a little flour, 1 tsp at a time to help dry the dough out.

Cut the dough onto 12-14 equal wedges and roll them into a ball. Use a rolling pin to roll each ball into an 8 inch circle. Or use your tortilla press.

Heat a skillet over medium to high heat with drizzle of olive oil. Cook the tortilla 30-60 seconds, until bubbles appear on the surface, flip over for another 30 seconds or until slightly golden.

Use the tortilla with your favorite taco meat recipe, quesadilla or wrap up a hotdog and cheese.
