This simple three Ingredient pizza crust gets a low carb and keto friendly pizza on your table in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. It's completely free of almond flour aaaand coconut flour and doesn't come out greasy or heavy.

The recipe makes a thin crust 9×13" pizza, which should make four servings (12 slices total).

RECIPE:
2/3 cup or small container of unflavored Greek yogurt
3 large eggs
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
Seasonings (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend for 60 seconds, scraping down sides of needed or mix thoroughly by hand. Pour onto parchment lined pan and bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until edges are golden brown.

Top with your favorite pizza toppings and place under broiler (LOW SETTING) until cheese is melted and golden.
