6 tbs Butter
2 cups Onions, chopped
1 cup Sour cream
2+1/2 tsp Ground cumin
2+1/2 cups Whipping cream
2 cups Monterey jack cheese, grated
1 cup Red or green peppers, chopped
1 cup Cream cheese, 8 oz.
10 Chicken breasts, chopped
1 pkg Tortillas, 12 -- 6 ", either flour or corn

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot brown onions and garlic until onions are clear and garlic is brown
Add peppers fry until brown on edges
Cook 5-7 minutes stir in oregano and cumin, cream cheese, stirring constantaly,3 minutes
In fry pan over medium heat sauté chicken in 2 tbs of butter (3 minutes) fold into onion mixture, mix well
Spray oil in a 9" X 13''baking dish or pan, stack tortillas quarters, layer with half of the chicken mixture
Layer other half tortillas, top with the chicken
Cover with cheese
Cover the dish with foil
350º for 20 minutes
Serve from pan/dish
