6 large eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups Passover cake meal
6-8 apples, peeled and sliced
4 tablespoons cinnamon and sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add oil, then sugar and blend well. Stir in cake meal.

Grease 9 x 12 cake pan.

Alternate a layer of batter, then apples, then cinnamon and sugar mixture. Repeat ending with apples and cinnamon and sugar on top.

Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
