2 1/2 to 3 lbs chuck roast, 1 can of Campbell’s soup beef broth, 1 packet Italian dressing, 1 Packet of Anjou sauce. 1 or 2 cans of water depending on how strong you want the taste, I put in 2 cans.

Put all the ingredents in a crock pot and cook for 8 hours until it falls apart. Serve on hoggy buns with cheese. Or serve as a roast. mmm Yummy to your Tummy
