1 1/2 cups shrimp or diced smoked sausage
2 cups raw rice (washed)
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can french onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 stick margarine
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup green onion
2 sticks celery (optional)

Saute onions, celery, bell pepper in margarine in a large sauce pan.
Add soups, tomatoes, and shrimp or sausage.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in the raw rice.
Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hour.
Stir after the first 30 mintues.
